Job summary

CLIFF CASTLE CASINO HOTEL is seeking a dedicated team member to clear and clean guest tables and transport items to the kitchen, ensuring smooth dining operations.

Responsibilities include clearing items, cleaning surfaces, assisting servers with beverages, restocking supplies, and performing other duties as assigned. Applicants must meet safety certifications and eligibility requirements, including background checks.

Qualifications

• Required to have or obtain food handlers certification.
• Required to have or obtain alcohol service certification.
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.

• Clear used items (dishes, utensils, drinkware, paper products, food) from guest tables and transport to kitchen.
• Clean tables, chairs, and floors in dining venue.
• Assist servers with serving and replenishing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Stock and re-stock ice, towels, drinkware, dishes, paper products, as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
