Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is seeking staff to maintain dining areas and support servers in a guest‑focused casino environment. The role involves clearing tables, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies to ensure smooth service during all shifts.

Applicants must be 18+, able to work weekends/holidays, and eligible to work in the U.S. with background checks and a valid AZ gaming license as applicable.

Qualifications

• Required to have or obtain food handlers and alcohol service certifications.
• Must be 18+ years old and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Clear used items (dishes, utensils, drinkware, paper products, food) from guest tables and transport them to kitchen.
• Clean tables, chairs, and floors in dining venue.
• Assist servers with serving and replenishing non-alcoholic beverages.
• Stock and re-stock ice, towels, drinkware, dishes, paper products, as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
