Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel in Camp Verde, AZ is seeking a Restaurant - Food Service team member to clear, clean, and set tables, and assist servers in a fine dining venue.

You will help with bussing, replenishing beverages, and supporting catering events, while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining room and complying with safety and alcohol service requirements. This role requires 18+ year olds, eligibility to work in the U.S., and shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Food handlers and alcohol service certifications required or obtainable.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Clear used items from tables and transport items to the kitchen.
• Reset tables with silverware and replace soiled linens.
• Rotate and empty bus carts.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and floors.
• Deliver and replenish non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
• Assist servers with food delivery and catering events.
• Complete side-work as directed.
• Perform other tasks as directed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to:

• Clear used items from tables and transport items to the kitchen.
• Reset tables with silver and tableware being sure to replace soiled linens as necessary.
• Rotate and empty bus carts.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and floors.
• Deliver and replenish non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
• Assist servers with food delivery as requested.
• Assist with catering events as requested.
• Complete side-work as directed.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
