Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a motivated Retail Associate to join our Retail team in WA. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, assist guests with product choices, and maintain store presentation while supporting inventory, cashiering, and merchandising tasks.

The role requires energy, attentiveness, and a customer-first attitude during peak winter seasons. This position offers FT & PT opportunities on site, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by greeting customers and assisting them with product selection.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor through merchandising and displays.
• Stock and organize merchandise; assist with receiving and inventory counts.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle returns as needed.
• Collaborate with Retail and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
