Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort is hiring for Summer Seasonal 2026 in its Food & Beverage team. The position offers full-time or part-time hours with starting wages from $9.30/hr to $10.81/hr plus tips, and a guaranteed minimum of $20/hr in tipped roles.

Qualifications

• Starting wage is $9.30/hr - $10.81/hr + tips.
• Guaranteed to make a minimum of $20/hour in tipped positions.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow leadership guidelines outlined during pre-shift
• Develop knowledge of all menu items to recommend to guests
• Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at end of day
• Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
• Other duties as assigned
