Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, VT, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for winter seasonal 2026/27. The role leads dining operations across front and back of house, with a starting wage of 59,330 to 84,757 dollars and full-time hours during the season.

You must have 5+ years in restaurants with 1+ year of supervision, fluency in English, and the ability to work holidays and weekends. Certifications in food safety and liquor compliance are required within 30 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of restaurant experience with 1+ years of supervisory experience.
• Stand and walk continuously; lift up to 50 lb.
• Flexible schedule including holidays/weekends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Must be fluent in English; bilingual preferred.
• NH Liquor Commission TEAMS certification within 30 days of employment.
• Food Protection Manager certification within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead dining operations and performance for front and back of house.
• Foster a culture of safety and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Participate in leadership forums, provide feedback, and drive improvements.
• Oversee pricing, menus, inventory, and budgeting for dining operations.
• Collaborate with departments and F&B Central Support for smooth operation.
• Review staff performance and provide feedback and recognition.
