Okemo Mountain Resort is hiring a bartender for the winter season (2026/2027). You will craft hot and cold beverages, serve wines and beers, and connect with guests while upholding our core values. You will gain diverse skills in a dynamic mountain resort environment.

Gaining experience is welcomed; training is provided. This seasonal role offers full- and part-time shifts, with opportunities to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a world-class resort setting.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; we will teach you the necessary skills to perform the job safely.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and coworkers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation during and after shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
