Job summary

East West Hospitality is seeking a Mid-Level Maintenance Engineer for St. James Place in Beaver Creek, CO. This on-site role focuses on preventive maintenance and repairs to keep a premier resort property operating at its best.

You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems, execute timely repairs, and support renovations with senior engineers and vendors. Safety and guest satisfaction come first.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in facilities maintenance or hospitality engineering are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or mechanical systems.
• Able to complete repairs safely using hand and power tools.
• Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and complete repairs on building systems and guest accommodations.
• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and life-safety systems for safe operation.
• Respond promptly to requests, diagnose problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support renovations and property improvement projects with senior engineers and contractors.
• Maintain accurate work orders and keep work areas clean and safe.
