Job summary

Vail Resorts in Bartlett, NH is hiring winter seasonal bartenders to craft cocktails, serve guest beverages, and share our mountain hospitality. You’ll connect with guests and teammates while delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• No prior bartending experience required.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers.
• Share our passion for the mountains during service.
• Follow the leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting.
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications.
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday.
• Other duties as assigned.
