Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring seasonal bartenders for winter 2026/27 at our mountain operations in Pennsylvania. You will craft cocktails and pour beers and wines, provide friendly guest service, and help create an unforgettable mountain experience for guests and employees alike.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we will teach you essential bartending skills
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast‑paced mountain resort environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co‑workers
• Prepare hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized bar area during shifts
• Assist in daily pre‑shift briefings and follow leadership guidelines
• Contribute to guest experiences by sharing our mountain passion
• Other duties as assigned
