Job summary

Vail Resorts is seeking bartenders for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 to craft cocktails, pour wines and beers, and deliver an Experience of a Lifetime in a mountain setting. You will learn service standards, work with guests and teammates, and contribute to a fun, safe, and welcoming environment.

Flexible full- and part-time shifts are available; starting pay is $7.21–$9.77/hour with a guaranteed minimum of $20/hour in tipped positions.Excellent training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely.
• Desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift and carry objects up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make connections with guests and co-workers
• Share our passion for the mountains during service
• Follow the leaderships guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
• Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
• Prepare bar for successful operation throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean and tidy workstation throughout and at the end of the workday
• Other duties as assigned
