Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Rental & Demo Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Rental and Demo business, supervising a team of up to 30 employees and coordinating closely with Tune & Repair and Ski Storage. The role focuses on delivering a high-quality guest experience, managing staffing, and driving efficiency during the seasonal period.

The Supervisor must demonstrate strong leadership, operational insight, and the ability to adjust to weather and guest demand while maintaining

Qualifications

• Must be able to ski or walk to all locations.
• Must stand for entire shift.
• Must be able to speak English and enunciate clearly.
• Must speak/hear clearly over the telephone.
• Accustomed to constant customer and staff contact.
• Computer proficiency in sysmanager and Microsoft programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Rental & Demo, supervising up to 30 employees.
• Coordinate with Ski Storage and Tune & Repair for efficient workflows.
• Maintain guest service standards and supervise staffing based on demand.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, labor costs, and payroll.
• Manage performance, provide coaching, and address conduct concerns.
• Support other resort operations as needed.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company guidelines.
