The role emphasizes hands-on training, compassionate care, and strong communication while delivering up-to-date wellness services and keeping employees safe and strong throughout the season.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT in Physical Therapy, MS in Athletic Training, or Licensed Massage Therapist.
• Current license in corresponding profession (Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or Massage Therapy).
• Current professional liability insurance.
• Current CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site education sessions as requested by the resort.
• Attend events to introduce and promote the wellness program.
• Complete charts for one-on-one sessions.
• Uphold emergency protocols.
• Complete monthly timesheets.
• Attend and participate in company meetings and trainings.
