Elevation Health seeks a part-time Performance & Recovery Specialist to work on the mountain in Winter Park, CO, collaborating with ski instructors and patrol to promote health, performance, and injury prevention.

You will evaluate movement, provide hands-on care, and give on-the-spot guidance in one-on-one settings while maintaining excellent customer service and communication. All services are employer-sponsored with no billing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist with active license to practice.
• Current professional liability insurance in place.
• CPR/AED certification current and valid.

Responsibilities

• Perform one-on-one assessments and education with staff.
• Provide on-the-spot guidance to optimize movement and prevent injuries.
• Coordinate with resort staff for wellness programming and safety.
• Maintain charts for sessions and track progress.
• Uphold emergency protocols and safety standards.
• Attend events and trainings and participate in meetings.
