Qualifications

• Licensed physical therapist.
• Current professional liability insurance.
• CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform movement pattern evaluations and provide on-the-spot guidance.
• Deliver safe and effective training and compassionate care to employees.
• Maintain charts for one-on-one sessions and uphold emergency protocols.
• Attend events to promote the wellness program and participate in meetings/trainings.
