The Appalachian Mountain Club seeks a full-time Cook for the Pinkham Notch Visitor Center in the White Mountain National Forest. You will prepare breakfast and dinner buffets and assist with menu planning for the season and special events.

Qualificações

• Professional experience in preparing diverse, health-conscious meals with fresh, local or organic ingredients.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and evenings on a routine basis.
• Familiarity with working in a kitchen adhering to health standards.

Responsabilidades

• Primary cook for breakfast and dinner buffets and meal preparations as scheduled.
• Assist Kitchen Manager and PNVC General Manager with menu planning for seasons and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards; supervise deli during shifts.
• Support inventories, ordering of food and supplies; assist with setup for events.
