Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in guest service and/or resort operations.
• Knowledge of Park City Mountain resort and local area.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in ski/snowboard boots in all weather conditions.
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability.
• Solid communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Clear, calm guest and staff communication.
• Solid computer skills across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Train and support Mountain Host staff to meet safety and service goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and guests.
• Provide on-mountain guidance and directions to guests.
• Ski or ride between stations to monitor operations and assist guests.
• Direct and support the team during lift holds and weather disruptions.
• Lead daily safety and service meetings with clear priorities.
• Monitor staff performance and give feedback or escalation as needed.
• Address guest questions, comments, and complaints promptly.
• Manage lost-and-found, training, and daily roster organization.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.
