Responsibilities

• Lead the Mountain Essentials product line strategy to meet revenue, margin, and market share goals while aligning to brand and environmental objectives.
• Direct cross-functional teams through the seasonal Go-To-Market process, setting priorities and execution.
• Develop and communicate product briefs to design, development, and marketing teams.
• Maintain line plans including assortment, pricing, and product details in PLM systems.
• Partner with design and development to ensure consumer needs and margin targets are met.
• Lead presentations with global sales channels, buyers, and partners to inform direction.
