POWDR, Mt. Bachelor, in Bend, Oregon, seeks a Childcare Supervisor to support daily operations, supervise staff, and manage capacity in a state-certified daycare. The role includes training, scheduling, and acting as Substitute Director when needed, with infants to 10-year-olds in a 9:00 am–5:00 pm setting.

Active CBR number is required. Begin the process if you do not have one; the position offers a full-time schedule and pays $23.50 per hour.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Two years of related childcare experience preferred.
• Knowledge of DELC policies preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Active CBR number or ability to obtain one prior to starting.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Childcare Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Plan and develop curriculum and programs.
• Serve as Substitute Director when the Manager is off-site.
• Supervise Childcare Aides and ensure safety/compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and capacity management.
• Document and support disciplinary actions when needed.
• Assist with staff training and continuing education.
