Stio, a mountain lifestyle brand based in Jackson, WY, seeks a talented Graphic Designer to join our Creative team. You’ll balance high-volume production with creative exploration across catalog, digital campaigns, retail environments, and beyond.

The ideal candidate thrives in collaboration, with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for outdoor storytelling. You’ll work across print and digital formats, producing catalog layouts, retail displays, and email campaigns while upholding brand

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in lifestyle/outdoor brands.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Prepress knowledge: color management, bleed, production-ready files.
• Experience managing work via Asana or similar project tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask deadlines.
• Strong eye for authentic mountain imagery and product marketing support.
• Comfort presenting concepts and defending creative decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborative, proactive, and able to contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Execute and adapt creative assets across digital, retail, print, social, and email channels.
• Create visuals for seasonal campaigns within brand direction.
• Design and production of catalogs and retail displays; ensure production-ready files.
• Elevate point-of-sale materials and store visuals to reflect mountain spirit.
• Develop digital campaign assets from email to social.
• Curate authentic mountain imagery aligned with brand identity.
• Uphold brand guidelines while exploring creative ideas.
