Powdr-Copper Mountain, LLC operates Copper Mountain Resort in Summit County, Colorado. We seek a Base Operations Supervisor to lead the Base and Equipment crews, coordinating scheduling and ensuring safe, reliable service aligned with approved goals.

The role emphasizes supervisory experience, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to manage budgets and vendor services while upholding OSHA and local safety standards.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in construction/maintenance preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Base & Equipment crews, including maintenance and operations to meet service level expectations.
• Recruit, train, retain and evaluate personnel to align with corporate values and goals.
• Assist in formulation and implementation of tactical plans to meet service level expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of safety and risk management issues.
• Coordinate intercompany and vendor services invoicing.
• Assist in budget development and expense allocation.
