Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 1 year of guest service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in a dynamic operations setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of Activities area including staff and guest experience.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs, logs, and emergency procedures.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to a 15+ team.
• Manage inventory and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guests.
• Complete performance appraisals and HR documentation with manager support.
