Vail Resorts is hiring a Mountain Activities Attendant for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. You will guide guests through alpine adventures (Mountain Coaster, Snow Tubing, Lift Operations, Ticket Scanning) and provide exceptional guest service across multiple outlets.

The starting wage is $20.00/hour and you must be ready for outdoor work in all weather. Housing is available; the role offers extensive employee perks and growth through Epic training and development.

Qualifications

• Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Interact clearly with guests of varying backgrounds and ages.

Responsibilities

• Have Fun and create experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Be Safe and assist guests navigating the mountain activities.
• Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, and lift operations.
• Verify tickets and answer questions, providing on-the-spot resolutions.
