Southern Lumber & Millwork is hiring a full-time Moulder Operator to join our manufacturing team in Charleston, South Carolina. The role involves running industrial moulding machines, producing custom and stock profiles, and maintaining quality standards.

You will work a Monday–Friday day shift in person, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork in a long-standing family-owned company serving builders, contractors, and homeowners in the Lowcountry.

Aufgaben

• Set up, operate, and monitor industrial moulding machines
• Produce custom and stock moulding profiles according to specifications
• Feed lumber and other materials through moulding equipment
• Inspect finished moulding for accuracy, consistency, and quality
• Measure materials and confirm that finished profiles meet required dimensions
• Assist with machine adjustments and changeovers between moulding profiles
• Identify and communicate production or quality concerns
• Work closely with other Moulder Shop team members to meet production goals
• Handle, stack, organize, and move raw materials and finished moulding
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing environment
• Follow all equipment operating procedures and workplace safety guidelines
