Job summary

Novo Building Products in Archdale, NC is seeking a Machine Operator II (Moulder) for a full-time, day-shift role. You will safely operate and feed a moulder, set up for each product, adjust settings, and monitor output to ensure the products meet customer and company specifications.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to read calipers and tapes, and basic math. Prefer 1–2 years of moulding experience.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read calipers and tape measures.
• Basic math skills and attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and adjusts moulder to specifications for each product assigned.
• Follows route sheet directions.
• Inspects product and discards items that do not meet standards.
• Maintains proper moulder speed (100 FPM).
• Communicates any quality issues to Supervisor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
