Job summary

Siouxland Community Health Center in Sioux City, IA, is seeking a MOUD Program Manager for a full-time role. You will coordinate MOUD services, support medication safety, oversee clinical operations, and ensure continuity of care for high‑risk patients.

The ideal candidate holds an active Iowa RN license (BSN preferred) and has experience in case management or care coordination, ideally with substance use or behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Education: Registered Nurse required; BSN preferred.
• Licensure/Experience: Active RN license in the State of Iowa required. Experience in case management, care coordination, or public health nursing preferred; experience working with individuals with substance use disorder or complex health needs, or behavioral health conditions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate MOUD services, manage high‑risk patients, support medication safety, and ensure continuity of care.
• Provide oversight of clinical operations, ensure compliance with grant requirements, manage partnerships, and coordinate supervision of staff delivering OUD services.
