Job summary

Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking an MOUD/MAT Nurse in Memphis, TN to provide skilled nursing care and medication-assisted treatment for patients with opioid use disorders. This role works with an interdisciplinary team to deliver end-to-end care in a correctional setting.

The MOUD/MAT Nurse will administer MOUD, monitor induction and maintenance phases, educate patients, and ensure documentation aligns with clinical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
• Assess and monitor patients through the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements
