Wexford Health Sources, Inc. is seeking a MOUD/MAT LPN Nurse for part-time work at Jail East in Memphis, TN. You will provide skilled nursing care and administer MOUD medications within a correctional health setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases, patient education, documentation, and compliance with clinical and confidentiality requirements, with a recovery-focused, non-judgmental approach.

Competenze

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Administer and monitor MOUD medications, including observed dosing, injections, and oral formulations
• Assess and monitor patients throughout the induction, stabilization, and maintenance phases of treatment
• Collaborate with providers, behavioral health staff, pharmacies, and treatment team members to coordinate patient care
• Respond to sick calls, provide patient education, conduct medication monitoring, and support continuity of care
• Serve as a patient advocate while promoting a non-judgmental, recovery-focused approach to treatment
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and confidentiality requirements
