Job summary

United Motorsports of Logan is seeking enthusiastic Sales Consultants to join our Wilkinson, WV team. You’ll engage customers, understand their needs, demonstrate products, and close sales with commission-based earnings. Training is provided, and prior dealership experience is a plus but not required.

In a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, you’ll build relationships, stay informed on current inventory and promotions, and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• Motorsports passion and customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in retail sales is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles and accessories.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations of motorsports units.
• Navigate objections and close sales.
• Follow the sales process consistently per company standards.
• Build rapport and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide updates to Sales Manager on performance and activities.
• Continuously learn through training and industry trends.
