Job summary

NASCAR is seeking a Production Technician based in Concord, NC to assemble, inspect, test, and package a variety of two-way radio and listen-only products. You will work with cables, connectors, circuit boards, and related components to meet quality standards.

You'll document work logs, follow schematics, and collaborate with a team to ensure reliability and performance in demanding environments. Soldering is preferred but not required; strong attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1 year of manufacturing/assembly/electronics preferred.
• Soldering experience preferred but not required.
• Able to read and interpret technical instructions and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, test, and package communications products.
• Prepare cables/wiring by stripping, tinning, shielding, heat shrink.
• Install wires, switches, and components into housings per specs.
• Solder wires, circuit boards, and electrical components.
• Use hand tools and production equipment to build and repair.
• Troubleshoot and repair products; support customizations.
• Maintain logs, build records, and quality documentation.
