You will provide accurate labor and parts estimates, monitor repair progress, and obtain authorization before work begins. The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a dealership position.
• General knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival.
• Greet customers in a timely and friendly manner.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Check progress of repairs throughout the day and contact customers regarding any changes in the estimated time and cost requirements.
• Receive proper authorization before any repairs are performed.
