As a Test & Validation Engineer, you’ll own the characterization and validation of electric motors and robotic actuators, generate actionable insights, and help close the

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in EE/Mech/Robotics and 5 years of experience.
• Experience testing electromechanical systems, actuators, motors, or power electronics.
• Strong hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and hardware debugging.
• Experience analyzing test data and communicating results to engineering stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the characterization, testing, and validation of electric motors and actuators for NEO.
• Generate performance data, reliability insights, and validation frameworks.
• Close the loop between design, implementation, and product performance.
• Support engineering teams with data-driven decisions.
• Develop scalable test infrastructure for development and production.
