Job summary

Halfords is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Weston-super-Mare (20 hours per week). You will fit car parts, perform cycle repairs, and deliver excellent customer service in-store and in the car park.

Training is provided to reach market-leading service standards, helping customers with a proactive, sales-focused approach. Ideal candidates have experience in retail or car/bike servicing, are available weekends, and can work efficiently while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs.
• Availability to work on a rota basis, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Car parts fitting and cycle repair; service customers in-store and from the car park.
