Job summary

Oakland Harley-Davidson is seeking an automotive service technician to provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers in a dynamic dealership environment.

Responsibilities include completing repairs within scheduled times, maintaining productivity, and performing service/repair per factory specifications while keeping areas clean and helping teammates. A current motorcycle license is required, with a factory training program preferred.

Qualifications

• Current motorcycle license required.
• Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience (preferred).
• Experience with servicing and repairing motorcycles to factory specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible.
• Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible.
• Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager.
• Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.
