Job summary

The role requires factory-authorized training, a valid motorcycle license, and familiarity with newer technologies; candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs, use hand tools, and balance a 750 lb motorcycle while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience.
• Current Motorcycle license.
• Requires the use of both hands and basic to specialized tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and balance a 750 lb motorcycle.
• Familiarity with newer technology and motorcycle systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to internal and external customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period; improve efficiency.
• Maintain productivity on billable jobs near 100% whenever possible.
• Accept work from Service Writer/Manager and request parts early when needed.
• Perform service, repair, and customization work per factory specifications.
