Job summary

The role requires one year of hands-on repair experience, own tools, and a valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred. Pay ranges from $16 to $21 per hour with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of technician/mechanic experience in automotive or powersports service.
• Must bring all necessary tools to perform repairs and services.
• Ability to test ride vehicles safely.
• Driver's license with motorcycle endorsement preferred but not mandatory.
• Virginia State Inspector preferred but not required.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable, punctual, and quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual goals set by management.
• Perform pre-delivery inspections, tire changes, basic maintenance, and minor installations.
• Maintain high quality work with minimal comebacks.
• Document work and repairs on repair orders and checklists.
• Keep work stations clean and organized, including battery and tire areas.
• Monitor shop supplies and notify manager before depletion.
• Coordinate with Service Writer to stage jobs for senior techs.
• Maintain inventory of common tools and ensure proper safety.
