Bob’s Motorcycles in Jessup, MD seeks a skilled Motorcycle Technician to join our service team. You will diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles, perform scheduled services, and ensure quality workmanship in a team-focused shop.

Experience with BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph or other powersports brands is valued; a Maryland Inspector license is a plus. Competitive compensation and a benefits package are offered in a busy, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience repairing motorcycles, powersports, or automobiles; hands-on technical training.
• Ability to qualify for Maryland Inspector License.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical information and repair procedures.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair motorcycles.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and manufacturer-recommended services.
• Inspect motorcycles and identify mechanical issues.
• Test ride motorcycles when necessary for diagnosis and quality control.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Follow dealership and manufacturer procedures.
• Work collaboratively with service advisors and fellow technicians.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
