Job summary

Responsibilities include accurate labor/parts estimates, managing repair orders, and following dealership policies. Competitive benefits and a $40,000-$50,000 salary are offered with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to undergo background check.
• Valid Motorcycle and Driver's License with M endorsement.
• Harley-Davidson experience is a plus.
• Powersports experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as established by management.
• Ensure all service documents are complete and accurate.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments and obtain signatures on repair orders.
• Provide accurate labor and parts estimates.
• Explain additional needed services and costs to customers.
• Obtain approvals before repairs.
• Transfer special arrangements to invoices.
• Follow up on unsold repairs and order progress.
• Handle payments and keep the cash register balanced.
• Keep manuals and maintenance menus up-to-date.
• Complete training as directed.
• Follow Employee Handbook policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
