The role covers prospecting, selling and follow-up, with emphasis on customer dedication, test drives, delivery, and after-sales service coordination across dealerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid in-state driver's license with motorcycle endorsement or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Realize business is built on customer satisfaction and guarantee customer happiness.
• Determine vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, paperwork and service details.
• Attend sales meetings and maintain prospect development and owner follow-up systems.
