NW84 Inc. is seeking a Harley-Davidson Sales Representative to grow our customer base through proactive engagement, product knowledge, and effective communication. You will welcome guests, discuss motorcycle options, and facilitate test drives to ensure a positive purchasing experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, CRM-driven follow-ups, and skilled negotiation to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and motorcycle endorsement.
• Prior sales experience in a dealership or showroom preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership
• Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
• Answer questions about new and used motorcycles, vehicle specifications, and financing
• Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales
• Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
• Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
