Job summary

Triple S H‑D is seeking an aggressive Motorcycle Sales Associate (Full-time) who enjoys meeting customers and sharing a passion for Harley‑Davidson in a fun, customer‑focussed environment. You will greet customers, demonstrate bikes, and help riders find the right match while pursuing appointments and commissions.

The role requires a valid motorcycle license, strong sales drive, teamwork, and willingness to work flexible retail hours including holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for riding and the Harley‑Davidson brand.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Some vehicle sales experience preferred (minimum 1 year).

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers with a friendly attitude.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test rides.
• Help customers find the bike that meets their needs.
• Proactively set appointments and follow up aggressively.
• Maintain accurate use of CRM system.
• Participate in Harley‑Davidson University training.

Qualifications

• Passion for riding and the Harley‑Davidson brand
• Valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement (or ability to obtain quickly and meet insurance approval)
• Strong team player, reliable, self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and conscious of quality
• High‑energy, positive outlook with a strong drive to sell
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours and move motorcycles
• Minimum 1year of vehicle sales experience preferred

Compensation & Schedule

Pay: $40,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year. Schedule: Holidays and weekends as needed. Supplemental pay: Commission.
