Job summary

Cycles Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Field Technical Representative to accumulate and compile product failure data and prepare detailed technical reports for product improvement. The role includes testing and evaluating components to support quality resolution with SMC Japan.

You will inspect returned warranty parts, coordinate modifications, and provide data-driven input to cross-functional teams. A strong background in motorcycle systems and proficiency with MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience as a technical representative for a motorcycle manufacturer or distributor.
• Ten years of experience as a technician at a motorcycle dealer, with at least 3 years in service management.
• High School graduate with manufacturing or industry-recognized technical training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit technical reports to SMC Japan using investigation and correlation of information.
• Resolve technical problems by field analysis and evaluation of countermeasure parts and procedures.
• Inspect and evaluate returned warranty parts; install and test returned parts to verify defects and report data.
