Job summary

S&S Cycle is seeking a detail-oriented Test Technician to support Core Product development, PAC & Benchmarking, and Warranty teams. This role performs hands-on testing of engines, components, and complete motorcycles in both lab and road environments, following structured test protocols to validate performance and durability.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree preferred, or 4 years in a similar position.
• Experience as a test or motorcycle technician or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to department goals, objectives and strategy.
• Develop and execute test plans for prototypes to verify reliability and performance.
• Record, organize and report test data clearly.
• Analyze data to determine if design meets specifications.
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure a safe testing environment.
