Job summary

RideNow Harley Davidson is seeking a Harley Davidson Parts Counter Sales Associate to deliver top-tier service at our Kennewick location. You will help customers and technicians identify the right parts, handle in-person and phone inquiries, and manage customer and inventory data.

Role requires standing for long periods, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a strong willingness to learn while growing with the team. Training pathways and rewards accompany a collaborative showroom environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred).
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software (CDK, Lightspeed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
• Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
• Must be able to frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
• Accurately enter and manage customer and inventory information
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts
• Maintain clean, well-organized displays
• Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction
• Take on additional tasks as needed
