Job summary

RideNow Powersports in Washington state is seeking a Parts Counter Sales Associate to assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts, while delivering top-tier service in person and over the phone.

You will manage inventory, enter orders, stock parts, and help keep displays organized, with opportunities for growth through training, mentorship, and competitive compensation including base pay plus commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in parts retail (dealership experience preferred).
• Familiar with inventory systems and POS software preferred (CDK, Lightspeed, etc.).
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and technicians in identifying the correct parts to meet their needs.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Accurately enter and manage customer and inventory information.
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts.
• Maintain clean, well-organized displays.
• Keep customers updated on orders and ensure satisfaction.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.
