• Factory authorized training such as MMI Service School or equivalent preferred.
• Current motorcycle license.
• Entry-level technicians provided with necessary tools.
• Experienced technicians must provide both basic and specialized tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality vehicle service to all customers.
• Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time period whenever possible.
• Maintain productivity (time spent working) as close to 100% as possible.
• Accept work assignments from Service Advisor/Manager.
• Perform service, repair and customization work in accordance to factory specifications.
• Keep work areas clean and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.

What Are the Requirements?

• Ability to show up on time and work posted schedule
• Completion of a factory authorized training program such as MMI Service School or equivalent work experience (preferred)
• Current motorcycle license
• Entry-level technicians will be provided the necessary tools
