Universal Technical Institute, Inc. in Orlando seeks an experienced motorcycle technician stepping into the Instructor role to educate and mentor the next generation of technicians. The role blends hands-on training with curriculum development and safety leadership.

UTI offers competitive pay of $30-$35 per hour, weekends off, paid training, tuition waiver for you and family after 6 months, PTO, retirement matching, parental leave, health and other benefits.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of practical work experience in the field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching.

• Inspire and educate: Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students can flourish, fostering their passion for welding while imparting your expert knowledge.
• Hands-on training: Lead by example and provide practical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real-world experience.
• Curriculum development: Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements.
• Mentorship: Guide and mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging them to think critically and find innovative solutions.
• Safety first: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students.

Position Overview

Are you an experienced motorcycle technician looking for a new and exciting challenge? What We Offer:

• $30 - $35 per hour
