Universal Technical Institute, Inc. is seeking an experienced Auto Instructor in Orlando to train and mentor the next generation of technicians.

You will lead hands-on diagnostics, small engine repair, and safety-focused instruction, guiding students to develop practical skills and confidence. We offer competitive hourly pay, paid training, and tuition benefits for you and your immediate family, along with 401K and holidays.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of practical work experience in automotive field.
• ASE certifications (A1, A6, G1) a plus.

What You’ll Do

• Safety First: Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students.

What You’ll Bring

• Education: High school diploma or GED
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field
• Certifications: (ASE: A1, A6, G1 a plus and preferred)
• Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect with students and fellow staff
• Patience and Empathy: A patient and empathetic approach to teaching, understanding that every student learns at their own pace
