• Lead the test ride process and bring the experience to life.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM (VinSolutions).
• Enter every up into the Traffic Log without exceptions.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and teammates to hit daily/monthly goals.
• Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism and energy.
• Stay active on the floor and pursue every opportunity.
