Job summary

Minnesota Coaches LLC is seeking a Motorcoach Driver Paid Training to safely transport passengers on long distance and local routes, including charters, tours, and contracted services. You will uphold safety, reliability and customer service while operating company motorcoaches.

Candidates must hold a valid CDL with passenger endorsement, pass background checks and drug screening, and have strong knowledge of DOT hours of service.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL with passenger endorsement required.
• Acceptable driving record and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Previous motorcoach or commercial driving experience preferred (2 years).
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and hours of service requirements.
• Flexible to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a motorcoach for charter trips, tours, and contracted routes.
• Transport passengers to and from destinations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct pre trip and post trip inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, state, and company safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate logs, mileage, and trip documentation.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general needs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and route updates.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the motorcoach.
• Follow all safety procedures and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
